Review on ThinkVAL by Garrett Craven

There are many features within this solution that I like, for example being able to see reports in so few clicks is awesome! It can be difficult if you're not very technical, however it's also really easy with just about any training or help from their team. So far there have been no issues but we've only had limited time getting up to speed as an organisation. We use thinkval primarily to provide our management teams with historical reporting across multiple areas such as sales performance and customer satisfaction. This has allowed us to make better strategic decisions quicker than before. The best thing about thinkval is its flexibility - they cater seamlessly into Microsoft Dynamics 365 allowing customers to easily link outbound campaigns directly through your CRM system or via email marketing tools. As well as providing valuable insights into how each member performs at different timescales we hope to expand business opportunities by using cross-channel analytics and optimising spend where possible. Also helps identify which members should receive.
