Poor workmanship for my opinion
The skirt’s ruffles are not sewn onto the skirt in three places. I expected that it would at least be sewn correctly for this price.Unfortunately, I need this costume by Saturday, 9/7/20 so I will have to do the proper sewing—-otherwise I would definitely return it due to the poor workmanship!

- The outfit is not machine-washable and requires special care when cleaning
