I bought this to wear under a motorcycle helmet. It's cool and comfortable. The obvious benefit is that it helps keep helmet padding cleaner for longer by absorbing sweat and grease from your head and hair. The main advantage for me is the absence of hair on the helmet when I come to work after an hour's drive. I used to have a helmet liner design in my hair for the rest of the day. Now my hair is smooth and sleek when I come to work. I've been wearing it for two months now, have washed it many times and it's still comfortable and holding together. Minimal costs and many advantages. I definitely recommend it.
