Review on Bissell Pet Stain Eraser Cordless Portable Carpet Cleaner (2019 Version) - Powerful & Easy-to-Use by John Patel

I just tried my new BISSELL, 20037 Pet Stain Eraser Cordless Portable Carpet Stain Eraser 2019 Version and was not impressed with its performance. First there is a door that closes the door. a charging port that "automatically pops out when the charging adapter is plugged in." It didn't just slip out of the way. I had to plug in and maneuver to slide back the door and clip the charger into the port. The biggest disappointment was how awful the atomizer worked for the solution. It was bad at first, and then everything worked fine for a while. From what I saw it looked like the solution was fanning out, but I was only able to get a stream of solution. When I tried spraying it again it didn't even spray, it just oozed out and then down the front of the car. I tried putting the tank many times hoping it would help but nothing worked. I ended up pouring the solution into a separate spray bottle and just using it. The buck should also "click" when inserted and I have never been able to get it to click. I tried many different ways and it never clicked. I wondered if this could be the reason for the poor atomization, but whatever the reason, it wasn't working properly at all. The suction seemed fine, especially for what I need just for quick spot cleaning. But it was such a mess to deal with, I can return it. The only way I see this working well is to keep the cleaning solution in a separate spray bottle. I don't know which small wet vacuum would be best, but I would consider other options. The benefit of this device (and what I was looking for) was that it was small and portable.
