Excellent customer service

The cot came in defective. It wouldn’t stay open all the way. I emailed customer service and they answered quickly and were extremely professional. They sent me a new cot and even made sure to delay the shipping until I got home from vacation. May be best customer service I’ve seen from online ordering! New cot is great
