I actually bought this item from Walmart.com because it was about $15 cheaper than the price listed here. I ordered it "site to store" so there was no shipping cost but delivery took a few days. I've had it for about a month now and I'm very glad I bought it. I chose this brand based on my previous experience with an Acer 17" monitor, which has worked for several years without any problems. In fact, it still works great. I need this monitor so that I can stream videos from my Revain Prime account and Netflix can connect; after 5 months the monitor pays for itself. I'm also in my 60's and this new monitor is easy on my eyes. Oh yes! All the online descriptions of this product say it comes with a one year warranty but the warranty in The box says it's a three year warranty A DVI cable and a VGA cable are included in the box Should be better I can't imagine.
