Stopped working after about two months of use

I used it at work for two eight hour shifts on low. 'Cause low was all I needed He never went out. I've had it for a few weeks now and I have to report that the battery is dying. It already refuses to fully charge and quickly discharges. Not the best buy I thought. About two months later, it stopped making any charges at all.
