I finally realized my mistake. I bought a new 150l. basin and uses another product with low doses of nitrifying bacteria. The ammonia content changed over the course of several weeks. Then I found that FritzZyme had enough strains and significantly higher concentrations of live bacteria to fill my large biofilter. I tried it and the biofilter worked in days not weeks! This is the product we must use. Attention, switch off the UV filter and completely dechlorinate according to the instructions!
