Review on EMTETCASSETTE Retrak_Emerge AUDIO CASSETTE ADPTER by Ronnie Cole

When I bought it I knew it was going to go bad. Against my better judgment, I went to the music store Fye to find a car adapter for my iPod. I knew I should have just ordered it from Amazon, but I really needed it as I had a long drive ahead of me soon. So I bought it for $10. After going to Sears and seeing the Panasonic for the same price I went back to Fye to try and return it but the cashier told me I could only exchange it even though it was still in the box. I spent five minutes arguing with a group of kids who probably make less than minimum wage before I cut their losses and went home. As soon as I unpacked it, I knew I had made a bad purchase. The cable turned out to be thin as a thread and when I plugged it into the radio the sound was not balanced at all. I gave it about 4 months. Surprisingly, this lasted 7 before it started making loud noises and spontaneously ejected from my cassette deck. So not only will I never buy a product from this company again, I will never shop from Fye again.
