I have been using this type of phone holder since the first iPhone. Some are better than others. The belt loop design is very convenient here. I use the belt loops on this style holder to give it more stability. This prevents it from falling when getting in and out of the car, etc. But since I also travel a lot, I have to remove the mount before going through the metal detector. With other phone holder models, I have to remove the strap to remove the holder. I do not need that. trifle, I know. But really comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that the leather is a bit stiffer than others. Maybe it will soften over time.
