Review on 👀 Valo Vitamin C Bright Eyes Eye Treatment with All-in-One Benefits by Jaime Ferguson

So I've been wanting to try this for maybe a year. I've used their toner before and really liked it. I've had a hard time finding a good eye cream to find and the last one i tried gave me a weird rash under my eyes. just like this one! i don't know if it's a vitamin or what but unfortunately i had to send it back. i have 60 seconds too Face ordered and like a toner, works great. Doesn't vitamin C have to be compatible with the skin under the eyes? But thanks for the refund, it was quick and easy.
