Pour some oil into the pan. Spraying oil on the inside of the rings or oiling the inside of the ring also helps. Turn on the fire, put the eggs in the rings. Don't move the rings at all. When the eggs look almost done, remove the rings and flip the eggs to finish cooking the top. My daughter started taking pictures of these eggs - they come out really pretty!
