*UPDATE* The seller sent me a replacement about a week later without my knowledge just based on my feedback. The new one I received wasn't damaged like the first one and worked great. I've used it in my oven and vertical smoker several times with no problems and great results. Before use I squirt it lightly with oil and it rinses off easily. Now that I've had the chance to test it out for a few months, I'll probably order a few more to use in my smoker. I just got a chicken leg stand and right out of the box all the tabs on the stand are quite badly bent. . The box is not damaged, only the stand inside. The tongues are quite brittle and probably won't last long after I bend them.
