The cap is taller than it is wide, for your information. It will fit a medium sized head or stretch to fit a large head IMO. "Yarn" is average - for convenience - not prickly, but, of course, not a luxury - not accidental theft - something like average branded socks, but knitted. And the neck piece can be double fastened as others have said so that's good, overall looks like it, at $13-14 it's a good buy. I could take off the double pair label myself because it's a little tasteless, wish it was black but that's fine. I'd love to find this in a slightly more comfortable 'yarn' and would pay more @ double the price and perfect material - but won't get back to that for now!
