But this shower head is for a bathroom renovation and looked great at first glance. As a side note, it still works great but won't be as shiny as it was when it was brand new. I don't think I have hard water, but it's definitely colored by a caustic white powdery substance. I've tried lime-calcium rust remover but it didn't work to remove the stains. Due to stains I may be forced to buy another one if the price goes down and replace mine. Even small nipples get clogged sometimes, all I have to do to fix mine is take a damp washcloth and wipe them down, the tag should start shooting straight out. If it hadn't taken me so long to renovate my bathroom, I would trade it in for a new one. I'm not sure how the company's customer service will address this issue, but I don't think they will replace it, but I'll try to post an answer from them.
