I ordered a very large one. However, this mask would be much better if the straps were just an inch longer. Even after removing the stoppers from the straps to make them as loose as possible, I still get pain in my ears when I pull them forward. For inner padding comfort, not so good with a pleated filter - your face will feel that. The filter is also very hot. (That would be good for cold winter days.) One good thing about the mask: it's attractive.
