I've tried just about everything I could think of: over the shoulder, around the waist. I'm assuming that two of the three straps go around you somewhere horizontally (chest or waist) and the third strap stabilizes it somehow. No matter how I adjusted it, the radio either tilted a lot or even turned upside down. Can't you show how to wire it up? One reviewer said he had the Baofeng UV-82HP with an extended battery and it was a perfect fit. That's my radio too, but I don't think it fits. The holster is too short and the top swivel connectors are roughly in the middle of the radio, preventing the radio from staying upright. I've seen people post a lot of pictures but no one actually wore this item.
