I like that this product is theoretically free of harsh chemicals. It doesn't smell, which is nice. However, I find it a bit difficult to use effectively. The microfiber cloth is uncomfortable for my dry hands, but maybe that's a personal issue too. The difficulty lies in how, where and when to spray. I tried spraying on fabric but found the liquid absorbed quickly. I tried it directly on my phone but it seems like a waste and ends up with too much liquid. I'm also worried about the cleanliness of the fabric. I don't know where to put/store things while using them and feel like the fabric is just absorbing discomfort. Basically, it's hard to say whether it really does anything. Not as comfortable as wipes, that's for sure.
