Shoulder strap ripped off canvas bag
I was using this bag for 2 months to carry my laptop, some papers, a lunch bag and a water bottle to and from the subway when the shoulder strap came loose. Unfortunately, they have no structural support. The leather details are cosmetic in nature and the shoulder strap is sewn directly onto the canvas bag. In my opinion, unless you're carrying cotton balls to and from work, that's bad design. Repairing/reinforcing the bag costs me more than buying anything else.
