For the price it's ok.
Looks more like a toy than a hard piece of equipment. My observation is that it would break very easily if dropped. But it works great. I have a 2019 Macbook Pro and people who have it know they get hot when editing or putting videos on for me. So far so good, works great. My laptop is still hot but the fans have been running for 3 hours without turning off.
