I know this brand from a friend's recommendation. I have been using an all purpose shampoo/conditioner that should not be used after a bath and I can feel the difference when I switch to this product. The chemicals in the pool can really damage your hair. After using this shampoo before and after bathing, I feel that the quality of my hair has improved. As an added bonus, the scent is pleasant - not too strong, just right. It's a little pricey but I see great results after using it.
