The customer service is outstanding! They are always willing to help you out in any way they can - even when I'm not paying them for their services (which isn't often). When we started using TAEO our conversion rates went up by over 300%. We've continued seeing gains since then as well so it's been great working together thus far. There really aren’t many things that would be nice about this product but one thing stands above everything else; price point/cost of implementation vs benefit realized from utilizing such an amazing toolset available through target every ones team members. As long at all parties involved understand what each other brings-the benefits will outweigh anything negative i could mention here regarding cost or time needed to get set up initially etc..
