I am currently working with them for my business' email solution (they were recommended by our ISP). The support team is very helpful when it comes to setting up your account and answering any questions you might have regarding their product or service. They are also willing to help out if there's anything they can do beyond what we've requested of them! Their customer care department isn't as responsive nor does seem like they're trying that hard at times. Maybe this has changed since we first started using them? We had some issues after switching from another provider but was able to get things resolved quickly once contact info between us and the tech folks got exchanged.
