Must use higher quality u-bolts and nuts
Bought 2 of these to attach the luggage rack to the UTV hitch. The first went fine, on the second after tightening I tried to remove and rearrange it and the thread stripped and jammed in the nut. It wasn't tighter than I've ever tightened a 1/2" screw or U-bolt, and it got bent and snapped when I tried to remove the nut. I cut off the flimsy U-bolt, grab another and reuse the brace.
