Fits my Conair Infiniti Pro hair dryer and works well with my curls. I was very hesitant to buy this diffuser because the reviews melted it or it didn't fit, but because of the price I took a chance. No problems and works great. And it's beautiful. The part of the tube that slides over the dryer is double-walled. Inside is a flexible collar that grabs the dryer nozzle and gently squeezes. It also doesn't snap or latch like I had assumed based on a previous diffuser I had. It slips and stays in place due to the pressure of the hidden collar inside. That way it stays in place until you move it. (Your socks, too.) Also, they come with instructions that specifically state they can't be used with a hair dryer. Set to high or high heat. My hair dryer gets so hot it can burn your skin if you're not careful. So I imagine if you put this on a high wattage hair dryer and set it on high heat, yes it will melt. But that would be a misuse of the product. Either way, you don't want to do that to your curls.
