Really happy with the performance and size of this panel. It's half the size of my old solar charger but manages to push more amps. It's MUCH smaller than I expected, which is great. While testing it I was able to get 0.8 amps from the advertised peak of 1 amp. 1 amp would be possible, but I think the conditions should be ideal. For those who want to know how well it charges your phone, 0.8 amps means it will give you 800mAh of power every hour of charging. For example, if you look at your phone and see that it has a 3000mah battery and it's completely dead/empty, it takes around 3-4 hours to charge it in good sunshine, not counting the conversion loss. I totally agree with that, but some of you might want something more powerful if you're looking for faster loading. Remember, the more directly the panel faces the sun, the more current you can draw. If I wasn't holding the panel at the best angle it usually dropped to around 0.5-0.7 amps. For only $10, this is a GREAT little panel that actually charges. I would highly recommend it to anyone, it NEVER hurts to have a power source nearby that weighs nothing and takes up very little space. Pair this with your phone's battery and you can just leave it outside to top up the battery without leaving your phone in the heat. Hope this helps some of you!
