I like about the monocular as it is compact and easy to use. It has a sharp image when I use it with my phone to photograph the distant bay from my backyard. We also spot small animals and birds as the family walks along the trail. This is a great gift for kids who also enjoy looking through a monocular. Children are enthusiastic and enjoy the view.
