It has been very easy for us as we are not accustomed at using this software which makes it easier for our staffs during their training period. I have also noticed no glitches yet but there might be one or two bugs here n there that may need fixing soonest possible time so they will get fixed in future updates from soft actives laboratory. The only thing i dislike about this product is its price since when you buy more than 5 licenses your payment gets increased by around 50% compared to lower priced ones. We needed an online invoicing solution that was flexible enough to accommodate different business needs without too much hassle. This tool solved these issues perfectly.
