When you first pick up this fish fin you'll realize that it's surprisingly heavy and feels like a durable kitchen utensil. It's well made from durable metal that seems to easily handle the largest fish fillets you want to cook. Of course you can also use it to prepare many other dishes such as steaks. The utensils have tops and bottoms (letters are engraved on the top). Viewed from the side, however, the goods appear fairly flat with very little flexing. In other words, the handle doesn't deviate from the rest of the cookware. When used for cooking in a pan, the raised handle may help the utensil clean the rim of the pan. If desired, the handle could always be bent independently. When grilling, that shouldn't be a problem. This fish fin features an attractive brushed stainless steel finish. Looks like high quality cookware. The handle feels like hard rubber. This is a good utensil for grilling and it is obvious that it will be useful not only for cooking fish.
