This is a regular alarm clock with 2 sockets with 3 pins and 4 USB sockets. The 2 outlets are great for Apple chargers and regular household power cords, with Apple chargers dangling a bit, but they don't come out easily or interrupt charging. The panels show the time and alarm time as well as the room temperature (?). The dimmer has 4 settings; However, the lowest setting is still very bright at night and disrupts sleep, so we turned the bezel off at night, which defeats the purpose of a watch. If you are afraid of the dark and need a night light, you will love this watch, but if you can hardly sleep anyway, I would recommend a different watch.
