Not waterproof
This is NOT waterproof. They are completely water soluble. It's fine for my purposes, I can use it when I want to wash off the ink. However, if you want to use a water-soluble carrier over it, you will be disappointed. I chose them because they are waterproof so I'm moderately moody. I can use and keep them, but I'll also have to buy another pen to get the water resistance I need.
