that I had to hand-tie all the banners to prepare them for use. But I INTENDED that the SUPER THIN ribbon would begin to unravel and tear WHEN I ATTACHED THE BANNERS. If you know the ribbon they use for balloon bouquets, they want you to use that exact ribbon for indoor and outdoor banners. Then the loose ends of the ribbon begin to cling to the hard felt. Getting better, The holes will be cut about 1/8 inch from the edge, maybe less. A slight tug and the hole bursts because you can feel it. Then you have something like a leaf show. I will be returning mine because I didn't do it right - I didn't even bother to hang it up.
