Edit: Support email offered to open a case and send details. I was told it would take 2 days to process and up to 5 business days for delivery. Luckily everything was done MUCH faster which was much appreciated. The order was dispatched the next day after I contacted him (Thursday) and was supposed to be delivered the following Monday. I have bought this product before and I really liked it. We decided to buy another one for our other child and it was missing parts. I called customer service to ask for the missing details but received an automated message that couldn't be heard because it sounded like they were talking underwater and sent to voicemail. I called during normal business hours. After several calls to their real number and unable to understand I called their 800 number which was the same number but audible. I was prompted to contact support via email. Their website offers a form that you have to fill out within 48 hours. Very disappointed with customer service.
