Review on Haktoys by Bill Gomez

As a parent who was looking forward to purchasing Haktoys' games and toys for my child, I was let down by the company's subpar quality and unhelpful customer care representatives. The toys and games I bought from Haktoys were badly built, and they all broke after only a few usage, despite the company's assurances that they are safe and long-lasting. The playsets were fragile and snapped in two, and the paint flaked off the plastic figurines. The customer service representatives at Haktoys were useless and condescending when I contacted them to voice my dissatisfaction and request a refund. They obviously didn't give a hoot about my complaints or the subpar quality of their wares. Similarly annoying was trying to make a purchase on the Haktoys website. The interface was difficult to use, and the purchasing procedure was sluggish and buggy. And when my orders did come, they were incomplete or otherwise not what was advertised. In sum, if you're wanting to buy some good toys for your kid, I wouldn't suggest Haktoys. If you want to avoid a terrible buying experience and low-quality goods, don't shop at Haktoys.
