Review on Liquid Urethane Rigid Pour Density Tapes, Adhesives & Sealants by Frank Dubey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Firmly. Easy to use. And some fun.

That's amazing! And actually quite funny. I used it to insulate a homemade keg cooler. I had a wastepaper basket, I built a wooden frame around it and filled the walls in between with this material. It's incredibly EASY! Simply mix equal parts of each ingredient in a disposable container, shake well and pour out. The foam will begin to form and rise immediately, solidifying in just a few minutes. If you're wondering if a 2 lb kit is strong enough for your project, trust me, it's really strong when dry. I can hardly dent it when I jab it hard with my finger. I have no doubt that the weight of the ice-filled trash can and sixth barrel is firmly supported by this material around it. in small portions so it doesn't spill onto my floor, but I spilled a little over the space I needed. So all I had to do was take a small handsaw (a serrated knife would work) and cut away the excess foam. A little goes a long way, it took just over half a 1 gallon, 2 lb kit to fill my project (which is probably correct given the 4 cu ft recommendation). Photos of the bottom of the radiator before and after filling and trimming.
