Review on Sony WI-C310/B Wireless In-Ear Headset with Built-in Mic for Phone Calls - Black by Jose Moran

Ordered at the end of August, the microphone broke in mid-October. I have connected the headphones to multiple devices with the same result, I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. I've tried all the solutions listed in other Sony comments to no avail. I've tried contacting support for a replacement but the ability to email Sony is "unavailable due to technical issues". Too bad I liked these headphones but I can't afford to spend $20 on them every month and a half. new devices. I suggest you go to another manufacturer for better products and support. My first 5 star review: Great headphones for the price. I wanted a working pair of USB-C headphones to replace the flimsy set that Google ships with its Pixel products. They turned up during my search and I risked $18. I'm going to say right away that they are better than the Skull Candies sold on the Google store because 1. These work 2. They are 1/3 the price 3. They work as a hands free bluetooth headset. I listen to both music and podcasts. They're perfect for podcasts and pretty good for music. They are not "the best" but more than adequate for my needs and the low price makes them a 5 star purchase.
