I'm a tall guy and it's often difficult to find the right belt. Either there aren't enough holes when you lose weight and you have to buy a new one, or the belt will rub your stomach. I've only had this belt for a week and I LOVE IT! I love the fact that it's stretchy so I recommend going down a size. I took my normal size and because it's stretchy it almost wraps around me again! I love the fact that as I continue to lose weight I don't have to buy another belt for a while because the elastic no longer needs holes. It doesn't feel down, too loose or too tight.
