UPDATE: I initially gave them 5 stars despite the lack of durability (the strap snapped within a few weeks). NOW, at 4 months, I wear them around the house for a total of about 50-80 hours. They were washed twice in warm water. (Maybe that's part of the problem, but.) I downgraded them to 4 stars because the first rubber sole had just come off the shoe. A separate fabric lining is sewn to the side of the boots so I can glue it back together. However, it turned out that the rubber sole is only glued at the edges. The adhesive creates a 3/4" wide stripe along the edge leaving the center loose. THEY ARE NOT MADE TO LAST. These are "throw away" shoes that should be sold in the discount department. At $10 that would be a great deal At $21 they are very disappointing And just realizing they raised the price to $23 I downgraded them to 3 stars because they are not durable.ORIGINAL: One of the straps came loose.Me was missing half a latch so i removed both straps i still wore them with leg straps i think it broke when i hit the ankle strap so i should probably only give them 3-4 stars for durability but i love them so much and the day it broke i was working on the floor for a couple of hours and was sliding my feet on the carpet a lot so there was a lot of tension and force on the straps i'm not quite me sure when or how it broke, so I didn't even find the missing part. But I still wear them several times a week, both around the house and to the shop.
