Review on Ninja DCM201 14 Cup XL Pro Programmable Coffee Maker - 2 Brew Styles, 4 Programs & Permanent Filter by Dave Giri

Makes great coffee but a few issues- of course.

On the whole this is a really good coffeemaker. I have come to conclusion there is no such thing as a perfect one, after trying many and reading reviews, and looking at features.Love the showerhead on this one as the grounds are totally saturated and maximized. Like the removable water tank. It’s weirdly loud when making coffee, like other coffee makers at the end of brewing cycle how you can hear gurgling sound but this one does that the whole time. Not a big deal though. Few things I don’t like:The pot has a straw thing part of lid, and makes it harder to clean the pot and cover, but no biggie. The "pause and serve” (which is mentioned no where in product description) function is not great, as EVERY time I take out pot while it’s still brewing, there are drops that fall on warming plate, no matter how much I clean the gasket which is not obstructed at all. Not a huge deal as the non-stick warming plate cleans up very nicely and still looks like new after a few months, which is not the case with many coffeemakers. One feature would have made this coffee maker much closer to perfect: ability to select temp for the warming plate after brewing. I hate burnt coffee and after like an hour it def tastes burnt unlike my old coffeemaker which had option to select lower heat for "keep warm” hot plate setting. (who want’s "warm” coffee? Not me! But burnt might be even worse!).Lastly, Ebay, why do you have peeps rate "Blending Power” for this coffeemaker review? It’s not a blender. So often they have no idea what type of product you are reviewing and ask for feedback on feature that doesn’t exist for said product.
