I would say this overall is just ok. I feel it is good quality construction wise, and definitely lives up to the features of compactness and easy to use. I guess the main thing lacking is comfort. While it is definitely better than no pillow at all, it is probably not as good as even a standard neck pillow. It can tend to "squeak" if you move your head, which can wake you up. Using a pillowcase helps, but then you have to carry a pillowcase around. The included blindfold works well and does a good job blocking light. So overall, I think the pillow does as good as it can, given what it is. It is not an easy problem to solve with a pillow, and I will choose portability over carrying a "real" pillow even if it's not perfectly comfortable. So, even though I only consider it OK, it still gets 4 stars because I feel it's probably among the better options with this type of item.
