I am a teacher and I decided to buy it this year and let me tell you my kids love it and I love it. After my second week of study, I noticed that the charging port was completely broken after I unplugged the charging cable. I texted Bonaok and they were amazing, they sent me a new mic for free. They were very helpful and I really appreciate the customer service from this company. Even though the product broke I still give it five stars because although I had to wait two weeks to get a new one it worked out in the end.
