I love that it has all of my information in one place! It makes getting resumes out so much easier because every employee is able to see everyone else's applications which helps me get an idea for what we are looking for as well as who might fit best into our team. The lack of customization options can be frustrating when trying to create new templates or modify existing ones but they do have great customer support if needed at any time during setup process.- Great product- Easy set up/access from anywhere via mobile app- Can send files through their server (which works better than using Dropbox)- Allows us to keep track of candidates without having them fill out paper forms.
