Review on Unleash the Adventure with Assassin's Creed Valhalla on PS5 by Hideo Ebara ᠌
Not exactly the product I wanted, price and quality don't match.
In the last game of the series (Odyssey), there was only one name from the assassins. Valhalla is also never an Assassin, but for some reason he tries to seem like one (the presence of assassins, hoods, social stealth). In this regard, the Odyssey is better - just a beautiful tour of sunny Greece without any assassin tinsel, unlike dull England, where you still splurge a la a return to the origins of the series. Valhalla, like a Dementor, sucked all my emotions out of me. And this somehow makes me feel uncomfortable. Apparently you need to come to terms with the fact that the old assassins and the old Ubisoft will no longer be. Accept and move on. Leave this company as a good childhood memory. I am not going to sponsor Ubisoft further. I'm sorry Ezio, we all screwed up .
- Beautiful open world. The combat system is sometimes fun.
- Bloated game. 100+ hours of running around a huge map, chopping dummies, clearing outposts. Completely uninteresting storyline. The protagonist is trying to make friends with the rulers of different regions of England by performing miserable, boring tasks consisting of 99% of clearing outposts. Of the dozens of characters, not a single interesting one, they simply do not care about their fate. Donate shop as in fritopley dumps.
