My Earto keyboard which I bought in April 2021 was not working properly and it was within the warranty period - anything can happen. I contacted Earto through the Revain seller page and Earto responded immediately and asked me to make a video of the situation. I made a short video about the condition of the keyboard and my attempts to fix it (charging, multiple chargers) and emailed them. Erto reacted quickly again, really wanted to help and offered me a replacement. About 3 days later I had a new keyboard replaced via Revain! Earto's response was quick, the issue was quickly accepted and resolved, and after a night of charging I'm using the keyboard now. Many thanks to Earto customer service!
