Seriously, that's not a scathing rating. This doorstop is really great. We have some really heavy solid doors in our office that tend to either squeeze the door closer or overpower it at some point in the day; which results in case of a ghost door. They are very heavy (compared to any other doorstops we have tried) and never slip. Although they are a little expensive, they are worth the money. They seem strong enough that we won't be replacing them that often. Works well on tile and carpet and even sticks to our heavy duty fire doors. First, they look very sharp. We're kind of used to those shitty red-brown vomit stains all over the place. They have a stunning look and go well with retro, modern or contemporary styles.
