Surprisingly easy to connect and use
I had to exchange a new one as the correct item does not connect after several tries. I asked for an exchange and got it promptly. Then I realized that I was the one causing the problem. I think I can share my experience so others know: once you open the case, don't take out the fragments yet. Take your time and let the pairing go through carefully. If not, one side may turn out to be unpaired. Once you get it right, enjoy.
