Why have I waited so long?

This is one of those gadgets that you look at and then walk past. Why buy this when you have a paring knife? Well this stuff is great! It peels the apple from the core and slices it in one motion, and you're good to go. My first try was sloppy because the apple didn't sit flat, but once I made the adjustment it was so easy. I'm so glad I finally tried it and wish I hadn't done it years ago.
