I initially bought a brown oversized bag but after leaving notes about the extended warranty I received an email. The company didn't have a bag of the size I needed and the color I needed. So I got a second bag in a different color but smaller. This company has done everything. They stayed in touch and responded quickly. The bag itself is soft and comfortable if not too heavy. My dogs have walked on it everywhere and it's still in perfect condition. I don't see that as a problem, but others might. The leather bag smells of leather. (No, Ghost.) But I had to turn it on. Will buy from the company again if needed.
