I was eager to purchase items for my kid from Yobee, but my experience there was utterly disappointing. I had to spend a long time on hold simply to speak with someone, and their customer service was appalling. Their products also had poor quality, and the stroller I bought started to fall apart after only a few weeks of use. I tried contacting their customer support, but I only received unhelpful and rude comments when I asked for a refund or replacement. I value dependability and quality as an athlete, and sadly Yobee fell short in these areas. I wouldn't advise anyone looking for dependable baby items to visit this store.
