Advantages: - The GSP 350 is comfortable to wear, even over long periods of time. - The build quality is good, the headband is well padded. - When it works, the sound quality is good. Most of the time this doesn't work. Cons: - Headset sound quality FREQUENTLY degrades to a full crackle from all audio sources until the headset is unplugged and plugged back in. This can happen between 3 and 6 times over the course of a 4 hour game session and is absolutely frustrating. The problem persists after updating the headset software, reinstalling the headset software, reinstalling the audio driver and does not occur with any other headset on my PC. - The headset volume control does not control the system audio. When adjusting the volume, one earbud will get a slightly different volume than the other. Leatherette ear pads need frequent wiping as they absorb oil easily. I can't open a support ticket. At this point I've wasted my time cleaning up this piece of junk and I seriously doubt I'll be buying any of their headsets in the future. I recommend other buyers to give up this thing and keep looking. In the meantime I will return to my Plantronics GameCom 780.
